Popolo Catering takes pride in supporting our clients with customizing their menu and services to fit the specific needs of their event. We are always happy to discuss your event over the phone or meet in person. The Popolo Catering business office is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

 

Your submitted free quote does not confirm our services.  We will reach out with an official proposal and booking instructions upon receiving your submitted quote.

Our process is:

    1. We check your event date for availability.
    2. If we have any questions, we will contact you by phone or email.
    3. If we are available to consider your request, we will email an official event proposal or an invoice (as applicable) as soon as possible.
    4. We will provide clear written instructions on how to retain Popolo Catering with the emailed proposal or invoice.
    5. If you submit your event request or food order over the weekend, we will do our best to respond by the next business day.

Popolo Catering is responsible for the set-up of reception area tables and chairs.

Popolo Catering is responsible for the break-down of reception area tables and chairs.

Popolo Catering is responsible for setting up a beverage station to include ice water, ice tea, lemonade, decaf and regular coffee in self-serve dispensers. Popolo Catering will provide the necessary condiments and disposable cup for the provided beverages.
At your event, if you will be having a cocktail hour in a separate location than your reception, two beverage stations are required if you would like a beverage station available for both cocktail hour and throughout your reception.

Popolo Catering is responsible for bar service. Includes bar staff, liability insurance an ice chests, two keg tubs, two wine troffs, and basic bartending equipment (wine key, bottle opener, shaker, pour spouts). Does not include alcohol, ice, ice container for holding ice for replenishments, embellements for cocktails or cocktail glasses/cups.
At your event, if you will be having a cocktail hour in a separate location than your reception, two bartenders are required if you would like a bar available for both cocktail hour and throughout your reception.

Popolo Catering is responsible for table toast service to include pouring of champagne for each guest and/or the placement of champagne bottles at each guest table.
