Rentals

We have rentals available for dinnerware, flatware, glassware, linens, and rentals for Family-Style Dinner Service. Our rentals are only available for booked Popolo Catering clients. We will rent equipment for up to two large events per weekend, please inquire to check availability for rentals. If you are having your event at the Courtyard Marriot in San Luis Obispo, rentals are complimentary.

If rentals are not available for your event, we are happy to provide contact info for local rental companies that we have worked with extensively and know you will be satisfied with.

Dinnerware, flatware, and glassware:

  • Appetizer Plate: $0.45 each.
  • Appetizer Fork: $0.45 each.
  • Salad Plate: $0.45 each.
  • Salad Fork: $0.45 each.
  • Dinner Plates: $0.45 each.
  • Dinner Forks: $0.45 each.
  • Dinner Knives: $0.45 each.
  • Steak Knives: $0.45 each.
  • Dinner Spoon: $0.45 each.
  • Dessert Plate: $0.45 each.
  • Dessert Fork: $0.45 each.
  • Water Glasses (crates of 36): $0.55 each.
  • Wine Glasses (crates of 25): $0.55 each.
  • Champagne Flutes (crates of 36): $0.55 each.

 

Rentals for Family-Style Dinner Service:

Our family-style rentals come inclusive with serving utensils.

  • Serving Bowls: $5.00 each.
  • Ramekins: $1.05 each.
  • Bread Baskets: $1.05 each. (Additional linen napkins will be needed for bread baskets)

 

Linens:

Linen Napkins: $1.25 each.

  • Available colors: White, Black, Ivory, Forrest Green, Red, Brown, Navy, Wedgewood Blue, Royal Blue, Purple, Lavender, Pink, Dusty Rose, Yellow, Maroon, Sandalwood, Gold, Teal, Seafoam Green, Burnt Orange, and Rust.
