Did you know that the origin of a honeymoon was not so amazing. Ancient Norse bridal couples would go into hiding after their wedding. The couple would have a family member bring them a cup of honey wine for 30 days (Or over a whole moon cycle), which is how the term “honeymoon” originated. I am sure glad that times have changed!
