This weekend we have two amazing couples saying “I do”. Popolo Catering will be conducting a plated meal service at See Canyon Fruit Ranch in San Luis Obispo, Ca. Our bride and groom have chosen a meal of chicken piccata with lemon caper sauce, bisteca florentine, fettuccini alfredo, seasonal sauteed veggies, and garlic and butter dipped french bread. Popolo Catering has also been enlisted to bartend for their guests. We cannot wait to be a part of this special day!
Our next couple asked Popolo to serve up Santa Maria Style BBQ for their guest at Thousand Hills Ranch in Pismo Beach, Ca. We will be offering their guests tri-tip, barbecue chicken, garlic red mashed potatoes, raspberry salad, and a sourdough dinner roll. We also will be bartending on their special day.
