This week we have the privilege of catering two office parties.
Today we catered for the wonderful employees at California Fine Wire in Grover Beach, Ca. They enjoyed a meal of brisket, roasted chicken, potatoes au gratin, seasonal sauteed veggies, and sourdough rolls. Popolo also set up a beverage station of water, iced tea, lemonade, regular and decaf coffee. We wrapped up the meal by cutting and passing the cake!
Tomorrow we get to cater for the employees of Sauer Brands. We will be serving a meal of chicken pesto pasta, bolognese lasagna, seasonal sauteed veggies, Cesar salad, and focaccia bread.
We are grateful and thankful for every client that has entrusted us this year to cater for them. We want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!
