This weekend we get to support two couples on their wedding weekend.
First, off this Friday we will be catering the rehearsal dinner for Jenna and Danny at Oyster Ridge in Santa Margarita, Ca. We will be catering an Italian meal of chicken parmesan, chicken fettuccine alfredo, spaghetti with marinara sauce, seasonal sauteed veggies, Cesar salad, and garlic bread.
On Saturday we will be catering for Chandler and Brent at Flying Caballos in San Luis Obispo, Ca. Their BBQ menu will consist of tri-tip with salsa, bbq chicken, potatoes au gratin, pesto pasta, seasonal sauteed veggies, and dinner rolls.
We are excited to be able to offer our services to both of these couples.
