Since no wedding is ever the same, let us customize your special event to fit your specific need. Coordination packages start at $800.00.
Coordinator duties may include:
- Planning meetings to include the transfer of contracts (floor plans, menus, etc.)
- Unlimited phone and email availability
- Discussion of color, style, and wedding design
- Proposal of planning strategy
- Providing vendor site information and rehearsal dinner site information
- Site selection and/or walkthrough
- Collaboration with vendor contacts, confirming details, and coordination
- Accommodation and transportation assistance if necessary
- Wedding day itinerary to include a “Day Of” timeline of scheduled events
- Attachment of floral arranged boutonniere/corsages on the wedding party, attending family & guests
- Supervision of the implementation of ceremony and reception set up
- Providing on-site coordination and supervision for up to 13 hours on your wedding day
- Rehearsal attendance and coordination
- Management and coordination to include, instruction to groomsmen, ushers, and bridesmaids (maximum 1.5 hours) during the rehearsal, at the wedding site and during the reception for up to 13 hours the day of your wedding
- Wedding day coordination assistance to include: (1) coordinator and (1) professional assistant.
