You would be surprised with how many have to do with warding off evil spirits. For the month of October, we decided to share with you the spookier side of wedding traditions.
Spiders. They are the eight-legged beast that makes some people scream, cry, and run. Scientifically women are four times more likely to take fight than men. Historically the English believed that finding a spider inside your wedding dress was a sign of good luck. They believed that killing a spider would bring you financial downfall. So if you happen to find an unwanted spider on your dress just think that in some places it’s a good thing.
