Popolo Catering continues to spread the holiday cheer this year. Owner and Head Chef, Leon Castillo, and Courtyard Marriott hosted and catered a joyous end-of-the year Customer Service employee party for Mindbody’s largest department. Guests enjoyed sporting their Christmas sweaters, vests, and hats during the party while they ate, drank,and danced the night away. Popolo Catering satisfied it’s guests appetite with fresh made from scratch Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Poppers, Gourmet Sausages, and Caramelized Onion and Gorgonzola Tartlets. Mindbody employees were offered tasty in house beverages from the indoor and outdoor bar. Afterwards, guests had a ball dancing and socializing in the Courtyard Marriotts Grand Ball Room. Popolo Catering was delighted to lift local spirits for another successful year at Mindbody.
