San Luis Obispo catering hits a high note as Popolo Catering creates new level of ingenuity by implementing an instant online catering quoting system created by web designers at Access Publishing; and launch of a new “Nibblers” menu in May, providing fresh, affordable and convenient snacking fare for client catering needs.
The create your own custom menu electronic worksheet allows potential clients from weddings to corporate events to be creative with culinary plans and play with costing in an easy online system.
Popolo Catering owner Leon Castillo said the new website feature had been a huge success with clientele. “When you retain Popolo Catering for your event, every detail counts in the lead up to the big day, we have made it easy for our customers to cost catering with our new system,” he said. “We pride ourselves on the business’ reputation and we are committed to expanding ideas, helping people, and evolving our culinary offerings.”

Popolo Catering is entering its second year at the Courtyard Marriott in San Luis Obispo, the partnership allows Popolo to increase the volume of catering to ensure they meet the high demand of multiple off-site catering events.
