Welcome to another edition of Wedding Wednesday.
This weekend we will be in Paso Robles, Ca, and San Miguel, Ca.
Popolo Catering will be at the beautiful Terra Mia Resort in Paso Robles. Our couple has selected a meal of brisket with salsa, roasted chicken, roasted red potatoes, roasted Brussel sprouts, tossed baby green salad, and sourdough rolls. We look forward to good weather, great food, and an amazing day!
We will be returning to Mission Springs Ranch in San Miguel this Saturday. Last weekend was our first event there and we cannot wait to continue to work with Phil and his family in the future. Our lovely couple has chosen shredded chicken and carne asada tacos for their meal. We are excited to serve this couple and manage the bar too!
