This week we are gearing up to serve 3 wonderful couples.
We are starting this Saturday out at Grace Maralyn in Atascadero, Ca. Popolo will be serving a meal of Chicken Breast in a lemon caper sauce, tri-tip with salsa, pesto pasta, garlic mashed potatoes, and Caeser salad. We will also be bartending for the evening.
Next we will be in San Miguel, Ca at the beautiful Hartley Farms. We will be catering a meal of chicken parmesan, three cheese ravioli with alfredo sauce, pesto pasta, tossed baby green salad, and seasonal sauteed veggies. Our team will also be bartending for the evening.
And on Sunday we will be serving up a Family Style BBQ meal at Oyster Ridge in Santa Margarita, Ca. This meal will consist of tri-tip with salsa, BBQ chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus, and Caeser salad.
