What a full weekend we have ahead of us. With two weddings on Saturday and one on Sunday, our kitchen has been busy. We start our weekend at Oyster Ridge in Santa Margarita, Ca. Cassandra and Michael have chosen a meal of New York Strip, barbecue chicken, strawberry salad, garlic mashed potatoes, and seasonal sauteed veggies. We know their guests will enjoy this meal. Our staff will also be at Opolo Vineyard in Paso Robles, Ca. Lauren and Andrew are serving their guests a delicious meal of tri tip, barbecue chicken, potatoes au gratin, and raspberry salad. Sunday we will be at Villa San-Juliette in San Miguel. Kendra and Benjamin have chosen a Mexican menu of shredded chicken, vegetable fajitas, black beans, and Spanish rice. We are so excited to serve everyone a yummy meal and share the love with all of our clients.
