As we look ahead to our weekend full of fabulous weddings with amazing couples we are grateful for the weather forecast. The gloom from earlier this week will be a thing of the past as we embark on a perfect 80 degree Saturday. Popolo Catering will be back at Opolo Vineyards in Paso Robles, Ca. Our couple has chosen a meal of three cheese ravioli with marinara, chicken pest pasta, roasted red potatoes, seasonal sauteed vegetables, tossed baby green salad, and garlic and butter dipped french bread. We know their guests will love their meal and enjoy their night celebrating in the barrel room.
Keeping on theme with Italian food Popolo Catering will also be at Villa San Juliette in San Miguel, Ca. We loved this place so much we can hardly stay away! Here we will be serving pesto pasta, spaghetti with meatballs, Brussel sprouts, caesar salad, and garlic and butter dipped french bread. Their guests will enjoy this amazing food along with the breathtaking views this venue has to offer.
Lastly, we will be at Eberle Winery in Paso Robles, Ca. Once again our couple has chosen Italian fare for their guests to enjoy in the intimate setting of the caves at Eberle. Popolo will be serving Italian sausage lasagna, seasonal sauteed vegetables, tossed baby green salad, and an assortment of dinner rolls.
