This weekend Popolo Catering will be serving the Central Coast from San Luis Obispo, Ca to Paso Robles, Ca.
Cori and Chris will be celebrating with their family and friends at the White Barn in San Luis Obispo. We will be serving a yummy meal of carnitas, chicken fajitas, refried beans, Spanish rice, Caesar salad, tortillas, and all of the fixings.
Our team will also be at High Ridge Manor in Paso Robles. Ali and Gabriela will be hosting an eventful day for their guests. Popolo will be serving halibut, prime rib, garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal sauteed veggies, strawberry salad, and garlic bread. Popolo will also be making churros for dessert, and a late-night snack of hamburger sliders, and all-beef hot dogs.
We cannot wait to serve these wonderful couples this weekend!
