Weddings are in the air! We are so excited to spring into action as we dive deep into this next season.
This Saturday we will be catering at Cottonwood Canyon Vineyard in Santa Maria, Ca. Our couple has selected a meal of carne asada, chicken enchiladas, refried beans, Spanish rice, seasonal sauteed veggies, and tortillas. We will compliment dinner with a dessert bar to satisfy their sweet tooth.
On Sunday we will be at Pavillion on the Lake in Atascadero, Ca. The meal of choice is New York strip, salmon, roasted red potatoes, fettucini alfredo, green beans, and garlic and butter dipped french bread. We will make sure the libations are flowing with our bartending service.
It will be another eventful and wonderful weekend for the Popolo team.
