This weekend we are catering at wedding venues we know and love; and one we are thrilled to get to know. We are excited to return to 1800 El Pomar in Templeton, Ca. We are serving up carne asada, shredded chicken, refried beans, Spanish rice, and fajita vegetables. We know their guests will enjoy their meal and a margarita at the bar. Another venue on the return list is Villa San-Juliette. It is always a pleasure to work with Roxan and her team at this beautiful venue in San Miguel, Ca. We will be serving butternut squash ravioli, chicken pesto pasta, roasted red potatoes, asparagus, and seasonal sauteed vegetables. Although this will be our first weekend at Ella’s Vineyard in Creston, Ca we are no strangers to their owner Katherine. We have worked with her many times at her other site Grace Maralyn in Atascadero, Ca. We are excited to partner with them at Ella’s Vineyard. Our clients have chosen a meal of brisket, salmon, roasted red potatoes, roasted brussel sprouts, and seasonal sauteed vegetables. We love the connections to the local venues we have been able to make being a caterer in San Luis Obispo, Ca.
